No. Project work is scoped and quoted upfront. You approve the quote, we do the work, and that's it. No ongoing commitment required.
It depends on what's involved. After an initial conversation and a site visit if needed, we'll put together a flat quote so you know exactly what you're paying before we start. No hourly surprises.
It varies by project. A workstation setup might take a few hours. A full network build or Microsoft 365 migration might take a few days. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated as we go.
