By opting into SMS communications from Black River Secure (the “Company”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Description: Company may send text messages related to technical support, ticket updates, system alerts, and occasional account-related notifications.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your support ticket activity and account status.

3. Pricing: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provide

4. How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 919-926-9116. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. 

5. How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@blackriversecure.com or 919-926-9116.

6. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
